Live chat
A visitor leaves an email and writes; your reply arrives in the same window. Images go both ways, and the conversation is still there when they come back.
Add a chat widget to your site with one snippet. Every conversation lands in a shared inbox where your team replies, leaves internal notes and resolves. If you like, an AI assistant can answer too, using your own API key.
Nobody staffs the demo chat: you'll get an automatic reply, and nobody will read what you write. You don't need to give your real email address.
Self sign-up isn't open yet. Write to us and we'll set up your workspace.
Everything below works today. If it isn't built, it isn't listed.

Add an OpenRouter or Groq key. The assistant either answers visitors itself or suggests replies to your agents. A visitor can ask for a person at any time, and the first human reply takes the conversation over.
Agents see when a visitor is typing. Whether visitors see agents typing is up to you, in the workspace settings.
Each of your replies shows whether it was sent, delivered or seen. Visitors never see when you've read theirs. "Seen" means the visitor actually had it on screen.
Write notes for your team inside a conversation. They're shown in yellow and never reach the visitor.
Write the answers you give most once. Then type "/" in the reply box and pick one.
Search across every conversation, or find a word inside the one you have open.
Owner, admin, agent and viewer. A viewer can read conversations but not reply, and doesn't take a seat on your plan.
Running several websites? Choose which sites' conversations each agent can see.
Two script tags before </body>. The widget loads after your page and stays out of your styles.
They leave an email, optionally a name, and send a message. It arrives in the inbox as Pending.
Assign it to yourself, reply, then resolve it. The visitor sees your reply in the widget straight away.

The id above is all zeroes and isn't real. Copy your website's id from Settings › Websites in the dashboard. The widget's colour, light or dark theme and the launcher's corner are chosen there too.
How it's built, briefly.
Row-level security rules in the database keep workspaces apart: one workspace can't see another's conversations, and a visitor sees only their own.
Images are kept in private storage, not at public links, and open only through short-lived signed links.
You can see when a visitor has seen your reply; a visitor never learns when you read theirs. It isn't just hidden in the interface: the server never sends it.
The API key is stored encrypted and is never sent back to a browser once saved. The dashboard shows only its last four characters, and only to owners and admins.
Write to us for prices. No plan limits the number of conversations, and every plan has every feature: plans differ only in the limits below.

Viewers are free on every plan and don't take a seat. AI calls run on your own key; your plan only caps how many a day.
Self sign-up isn't open yet. Write to support@nexa.az and we'll create your workspace and send you an invitation.
Nexa doesn't resell a model: you add your own OpenRouter or Groq key and usage is billed to that account. Your plan only caps the number of calls a day.
No. Read receipts are for your team only.
It's under 100 KB compressed, loads after your page, and runs isolated, so your styles and ours never mix.
